Expertise

After an experience at a primary auditing firm, where she gained specialized experience in the audit of enterprises operating in a range of commercial, industrial and financial sectors, she consolidated her experience as a national and international tax consultant at a number of law firms in Milan.

In 2008, she founded AC Avvocati e Commercialisti.

Over time, in addition to holding roles as standing auditor, liquidator and independent director at primary companies, she has gained extensive experience in the area corporate-tax consultancy for enterprises, with a particular focus on tax planning, transfer pricing, management and coordination of extraordinary and restructuring transactions, from the start-up phase until closure.
