Through Law 27.12.2017, no. 205 (Budget Law 2018), the national lawmakers finally return to the matter of the complex mechanism of the pharmaceutical payback and they are doing so, in all truth, by means of a set of regulations aimed not only at interpreting but also at rendering treatment uniform for VAT purposes.
