The use of a private entity for the performance of an electronic forced sale of real estate, must be ensure a series of fundamental  guarantees: on the one hand, this entails the establishment of a special register and certain requirements that the party must meet in order to be eligible to enroll in the register; on the other hand, it entails a series of obligations imposed upon the party in the performance of his activities.
