The EU Council has authorized Italy to introduce the obligation of electronic invoicing for all taxable persons established on Italian territory, with the exception of taxable persons who benefit from the exemption for small businesses, and to channel invoices into the Interchange System (Sdl ) managed by the Revenues Agency.
