Our Managing Partner Angelo Carlo Colombo was appointed member of the Board of Directors of  Gilardoni Raggi X S.p.a., an Italian company that is a leader in the design and manufacturing of X-ray and ultrasound devices. This appointment follows the role previously assigned by the Judicial Administrator to Studio AC, and rewards the Firm’s  and the Managing Partner’s  significant dedication to the company, providing consultancy on tax, legal and strategic matters.
