Expertise

Expert in tax and corporate law.
Contract professor since 2016 in ” Analysis of financial statements ” at the Economics Department of the University of Milan- Bicocca and various other courses including masters level courses (Executive master in “Finance and Internal Auditing” at the University of Pisa in years 2016 and following), and participates as speaker at conferences and seminars on these topics.
He holds positions as statutory auditor, auditor and supervisory body in primary public and private companies, also part of primary multinational groups.
Member of the Commissions “National Tax Law” and “International Taxation” and of the study groups “Patent box”, “BEPS” and “Transfer pricing” of the Chartered Accountants’ Guild of Milan, contributing with various study and in-depth documents to the scientific and editorial activity of the Guild in favor of its members.
Member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA Italia).
