Through the 2018 budget law, the national lawmakers finally addres once again the  complicated mechanism of pharmaceutical payback. The regulatory step has been long awaited by companies in the sector, after the Revenues Agency issued a ruling in 2015, in response to a request for legal advice and litigation was developing, fueled also by differing conducts engaged in  by the operators concerned.
