Experience

1970 – present:  As part of his professional practice as a chartered auditor:
He holds roles as director and statutory auditor at capital companies;

He provides consultancy to capital companies with specific regard to corporate and tax matters and matters related to financial statements;  ordinary and extreaordinary corporate transactions, such as: establishment, transformations, mergers, demergers, contributions, sales of businesses, etc.;

He serves as expert appraiser in the valuation of companies on the occasion of demergers, contributions, acquisitions and sales; and as a technical consultant on accounting matters in the context of legal proceedings;

He handles acquisitions and sales of companies, businesses and business units;

He serves as arbitrator in arbitral tribunals.

2008 Founding partner and Senior partner of AC Avvocati e Commercialisti.

2002 Professor at the Training school for preparation of chartered accountants and certified auditors at the Catholic University of Milan.

2000 Professor at the Training school for preparation of chartered accountants and certified auditors at the Catholic University of Milan.

1998 Professor at the Training school for preparation of chartered accountants and certified auditors at the Catholic University of Milan.

1997 Professor at the Training school for preparation of chartered accountants and certified auditors at L.I.U.C. – Libero Istituto Universitario Carlo Cattaneo of Castellanza.

1990 Founding partner of “MECA – Mitteleuropean Association of accounting professionals” with office in Munich  (R.F.T.) consisting of thirty professionals of  the regaions of Triveneto, Lombardy, Tirolo, Voralberg, Salzburg and Bavaria.

1979/1981 Member of the Commission for the formulation of  “Rules of conduct and common interpretation on tax matters” established at the L.A.D.C. – Libera Associazione Dottori Commercialisti della Lombardia. Such role also involved participations at conferences aimed at raising awareness on such rules.

1975/1984 Regular author, along with Silvio Moroni and his brother Franco Tosi of the tax column called “Attualità tributarie” (Tax news) in the  “Giornale dei dottori commercialisti” (Chartered Accountants’ Journal) published by the National Council of Chartered Accountants.

1973/1978 Research assistant holding the position of “internal graduate” on the faculty of professional practice of the Business Administration department of the Catholic University of  Milan.
